In order to submit and application for review, you must first view the property from the inside and out. You an do this by checking out and entry key.
Keys are available for check out Monday-Friday 10am to 4pm.
Up to 3 keys at a time may be checked out with a deposit of $20.00 or an I.D.
All keys must be returned to us by 4:30pm the same day they are checked out.

Qualifications for Renting and
Requirements for Submitting an Application

 Able Property Management does not discriminate in granting or denying rental applications with regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, marital status, national origin, or ancestry of the applicant; or with regard to the racial or ethnic composition of the neighborhood or geographic area surrounding the property.

  1. Cosigners are NOT accepted.
  2. Each person who will reside at the property, 18 years of age or older, must complete an application.  
  3. A valid picture I.D. and Social Security Card for each applicant.
  4. Proof of income (i.e., recent pay stubs, AFDC, SSI), total income must be at least three (3) times the amount of the monthly rent for the property you are applying for. Combined income is OK if there is more than one applicant.
  5. Verification of previous rental references with names and contact information. (Family members do not qualify as a rental reference)
  6. Credit check. Any judgements, collections, slow pay or any other credit problems can be grounds for denying an application.
  7. Should your application be approved, first month's rent and deposit, in the form of a cashier's check or money order, are required prior to signing the lease agreement .
