How can I see a property from the inside?
- Bakersfield applicant(s) must check out a key to view the property before an application can be submitted. If an advertised unit is tenant occupied, applications can be submitted prior to viewing.
- Lake Isabella applicant(s) can view the property by appointment. Call (760) 379-5479 for more details.
- We require a key deposit of $20.00 cash and we will make a copy of your I.D. Up to 3 keys can be checked out at one time. The key(s) must be returned to the office at least 1/2 hour before closing.
When is my rent due?
After your pro-rated month, rent is always due on the 1st and late on the 5th of every month. If the 5th falls on a weekend, holiday, or another day we might be closed, you can drop you rent through our dropbox. If your rent is in our office by 9:00 am of the next business day after a day we are closed, you rent will not be counted as late.
Do I need to give a notice if I plan on moving out?
Yes. You must give a 30-Day Notice if you plan on moving. This notice must be given in writing. You can fill out a notice at our office or send your own signed notice. You are responsible for 30 of rent from the day we receive your notice. Example: If we receive your notice on March 8th, you are then responsible for rent until April 8th. If at anytime you change your plans and would like to stay at the property or need to extend your notice for a later date, please call us and let us know so we can work together.
How can I make a service request for maintenance?
You can call either the Bakersfield or Lake Isabella maintenance dispatch line or submit a maintenance request online through your tenant portal. The dispatch lines are monitored Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, afterhours, on weekends and holidays.
